XR FLEXVOLT JUST GOT BETTER. The DCS389 54V Reciprocating Saw has up to 19% more power* when used with a 9Ah battery than the DCS388. With a no-load speed of 3000 spm, this saw delivers the power of a corded reciprocating saw with the portability and convenience of a cordless through our revolutionary DEWALT XR FLEXVOLT technology. Bare unit, batteries and charger sold separately. *Products tested under controlled conditions to measure power. Power increase compares peak power of DCS389 with DCB547 and DCS388 with DCB546.
